What Happens During an Azure Skies Home Watch Visit?

Every visit begins with a careful exterior inspection. We look at doors and windows, landscaping, irrigation, pool areas, the garage, visible roofline concerns, and signs of damage, pests, water intrusion or anything else that appears unusual. We then move inside, where we visually inspect the home's key areas and systems. We look for HVAC concerns, plumbing issues, visible leaks, unusual odors, electrical concerns, appliance issues, water damage, signs of intrusion and other conditions that may require attention.

Documentation You Can See

Following each visit, we provide documentation of the inspection, including photographs and visit information, giving you a clear picture of your home's condition while you're away. And if something doesn't look right, we don't simply put it in a report and move on. We contact you!
