Ross brings a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, from inspections to client communication. His local knowledge of Arizona’s climate, seasonal weather patterns, and desert conditions allows him to recognize issues that others might overlook, especially during monsoon season or extreme heat.
Clients appreciate Ross’s attention to detail, reliability, and straightforward communication. His goal is to make home ownership easier and less stressful, even when clients are hundreds or thousands of miles away.
Jeff Alderman
Jeff Alderman is a co-owner of Azure Skies and brings over four decades of professional experience to the business. With more than 30 years in project management within the defense industry, Jeff’s background emphasizes structure, accountability, and precision.
Jeff’s experience ensures Azure Skies operates with well-defined processes and consistent standards. From scheduling to reporting, his focus on organization helps make sure nothing slips through the cracks and every client receives dependable service.
